Omschrijving van de functionaliteit
Wanneer een contract bijna verloopt of is verlopen, is het mogelijk een e-mailnotificatie te ontvangen. Ook bestaat de mogelijkheid een e-mailnotificatie te ontvangen wanneer een gebruiker getagd is in een opmerking bij een contract. Deze notificaties zijn voor elke gebruiker aan- of uit te zetten en staat voor nieuwe gebruikers standaard op ‘Aan’.
Hoe werkt de functionaliteit?
1. Ga in Contract Management naar Profiel
2. Klik op ‘Aan’ wanneer je e-mailnotificaties wenst te ontvangen of klik op ‘Uit’ om deze niet (meer) te ontvangen.
Afhankelijk van de activiteit, ontvangt de gebruiker een e-mail met één van onderstaande onderwerpen. De knop in de mail leidt na inloggen in Blue10 meteen naar het betreffende contract.
Je bent genoemd in een contract (tag bij een contract)
Expired contracts (verlopen contracten)
Notificatie voor contract (contracten die snel verlopen)
Op de gebruikerspagina is zichtbaar of gebruikers hun notificaties aan of uit hebben staan.

Description of the functionality
When a contract is about to expire or has expired, it is possible to receive an email notification. It is also possible to receive an email notification when a user is tagged in a comment on a contract. These notifications can be turned on or off for each user and are set to “On” by default for new users.
How does the functionality work?
1. Go to Profile in Contract Management
2. Click “On” if you wish to receive email notifications or click “Off” if you do not wish to receive them (anymore).
Depending on the activity, the user will receive an email with one of the subjects listed below. After logging into Blue10, the button in the email will take you directly to the relevant contract.
You have been mentioned in a contract (tag in a contract)
Expired contracts
Notification for contract (contracts that are about to expire)
The user page shows whether users have their notifications turned on or off.
