Description of the functionality
A connection between Blue10 and Exact Online is required to make a booking. Sometimes it is necessary to reconnect, for example to make a new functionality work.
How do you reconnect to Exact Online?
Revoke the rights for Blue10 via the Exact Online security centre and reconnect via the company management in Blue10. Follow these steps:
In Exact Online, click on your name in the top right-hand corner and select My Exact Online.
Select Security Centre from the menu on the left side of the page.
Under the heading Permissions for my apps, you can revoke the rights for Blue10. Click on Revoke and click on Yes in the pop-up that appears.
Note: You only need to perform steps 4 to 6 for one company in Blue10.In Blue10, go to the company settings via Administration > Companies > [select company] > Properties and click the Connect button in the top right-hand corner.
A new screen will open. Enter your Exact Online login details and select the following permission: All administrations.
You will then be automatically redirected back to Blue10. Click Save and Close at the bottom of the page.
