Omschrijving van de functionaliteit
De koppeling tussen Blue10 en AFAS loopt via de App Connector. Voor het overhalen van gegevens, zoals stamgegevens en leveranciers, zijn GetConnectoren geïmporteerd in AFAS.
Om gebruik te maken van nieuwe functionaliteiten in Blue10 is het benodigd zijn om nieuwe GetConnectoren te importeren. Met de GetConnectoren kan Blue10 de specifieke gegevens uit AFAS voor een functionaliteit in Blue10 overhalen.
Hoe werkt de functionaliteit?
Volg de volgende stappen:
Ga in Blue10 naar Beheer > Bedrijven en open de gewenste administratie.
Onder het kopje Integratie staat de knop Download GetConnector. Klik op de knop om de meest recente GetConnector te downloaden en op te slaan als bestand op de computer/laptop.
Ga naar het bestand en kies voor het uitpakken van het bestand.
Ga in AFAS naar Algemeen > Beheer > App connector.
Open de Blue10 koppeling en klik op de GetConnectoren tab om deze te openen.
Verwijder alle Blue10 GetConnectoren.
Ga vervolgens naar Algemeen > Uitvoer > Beheer > GetConnector.
Verwijder ook hier alle Blue10 GetConnectoren.
Klik vervolgens op hetzelfde scherm op Importeren.
Kies voor bestand, open de map met de bestanden van de GetConnector en selecteer alle opgeslagen bestanden uit de map door middel van Ctrl + A.
De GetConnectoren komen in het scherm te staan. Klik op Voltooien.
Importeren voltooid, klik op OK.
Er verschijnt een lijst met de GetConnectoren. Voor de GetConnectoren is een groen vinkje zichtbaar. Dit laat zien dat de GetConnectoren zijn ge-update. Let op: Is er een kruis zichtbaar? Dan wordt er geen gebruik gemaakt van de functionaliteit in de AFAS omgeving en is de update niet van toepassing. Als dit niet klopt, neem dan contact op met ons supportteam.
Klik op Voltooien.
Voer vervolgens de volgende stappen uit om de App connector in te richten:
Ga in AFAS naar Algemeen > Beheer > App connector.
Open de Blue10 koppeling en klik op de GetConnectoren tab om deze te openen.
Klik daaropvolgend op het (plusteken) Nieuw.
Er opent een lijst met GetConnectoren. Zoek onder Definitie op Blue10 en selecteer alle Blue10 GetConnectoren in de lijst.
Klik op Voltooien. De Blue10 GetConnectoren zijn nu toegevoegd aan de App connector.
Open in Blue10 Beheer > Bedrijven > open de gewenste administratie > klik onder de gegevens op Stamgegevens synchroniseren.
Het is vanaf nu mogelijk om de nieuwe functionaliteit in Blue10 te activeren (indien nodig) en te gebruiken.

Description of the functionality
The integration between Blue10 and AFAS is handled via the App Connector. GetConnectors have been imported into AFAS to retrieve data, such as master data and suppliers.
To make use of new features in Blue10, you will need to import new GetConnectors. The GetConnectors enable Blue10 to retrieve specific data from AFAS for a particular feature in Blue10.
How does the feature work?
Follow these steps:
In Blue10, go to Settings > Companies and open the relevant company.
Under the heading Integration, you will find the Download GetConnector button. Click the button to download the latest GetConnector and save it as a file on your computer or laptop.
Navigate to the file and extract its contents.
In AFAS, go to General > Management > App Connector.
Open the Blue10 integration and click on the GetConnector tab to open it.
Remove all Blue10 GetConnectors.
Then go to General > Output > Management > GetConnector.
Remove all Blue10 GetConnectors here as well.
Then click on Import on the same screen.
Select ‘File’, open the folder containing the GetConnector files and select all the saved files in the folder using Ctrl + A.
The GetConnectors will appear on the screen. Click on Finish.
Import complete; click OK.
A list of the GetConnectors will appear. A green tick is visible next to the GetConnectors. This indicates that the GetConnectors have been updated. Please note: Is there a cross visible? If so, the functionality is not being used in the AFAS environment and the update does not apply. If this is incorrect, please contact our support team.
Click on Finish.
Next, carry out the following steps to set up the App Connector:
In AFAS, go to General > Management > App Connector.
Open the Blue10 integration and click on the GetConnectors tab to open it.
Then click on the (plus sign) New.
A list of GetConnectors will open. Under Definition, search for Blue10 and select all Blue10 GetConnectors from the list.
Click on Finish. The Blue10 GetConnectors have now been added to the App Connector.
In Blue10, go to Management > Companies > open the relevant company > under the details, click on Synchronise master data.
You can now activate (if necessary) and use the new functionality in Blue10.
