Omschrijving van de functionaliteit
Iedere eerste dag van de maand factureren we de kosten voor het gebruik van Blue10. De factuur sturen wij naar het bij ons bekende e-mailadres. Mis je een factuur of wil je een factuur opzoeken? Dan kan je de factuur in Blue10 downloaden.
Hoe werkt de functionaliteit?
Let op: Deze functionaliteit is alleen beschikbaar voor gebruikers met beheerdersrechten.
Volg de volgende stappen:
- Klik aan de rechterkant van je scherm bovenin op de omgevingsnaam en eigen naam. Klik vervolgens op Abonnementsoverzicht.
- Binnen het Abonnementsoverzicht zie je bovenaan het scherm de knop 'Facturen downloaden'. Klik op deze knop.
- Er opent een scherm met alle beschikbare facturen. Klik op de gewenste regel met het ontbrekende factuurnummer om de Blue10 factuur te downloaden. Door deze op te slaan en vervolgens te importeren in Blue10 is het mogelijk om de Blue10 factuur te verwerken.

Description of the functionality
We invoice the costs for using Blue10 on the first day of every month. We send the invoice to the email address we have on file. If you are missing an invoice or want to look up an invoice, you can download it from Blue10.
How does the functionality work?
Please note: This functionality is only available to users with administrator rights.
Follow these steps:
- Click on the environment name and your name at the top right of your screen. Then click on Subscription overview.
- In the Subscription overview, you will see the “Download invoices” button at the top of the screen. Click on this button.
- A screen will open showing all available invoices. Click on the desired line with the missing invoice number to download the Blue10 invoice. By saving it and then importing it into Blue10, it is possible to process the Blue10 invoice.
